You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items can be returned used or unused, as long as they are sent back within the return window.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All returns are free of charge within the 30-day return period.
A prepaid return label is included inside your package for your convenience.
Simply pack the item, apply the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest postal location.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.
